Paid Lounge Access

You can use eligible lounges at discounted rates by paying for lounge access in advance through the ANA website. Paid lounge access is available at Haneda and Narita airports in Japan and at Daniel K. Inouye Airport in Honolulu.

Each lounge provide a variety of services, including beverages and Wi-Fi.

Please note that the ANA SUITE LOUNGE is not eligible for paid access.

Application method

Please apply from the Reservation Completed screen after purchasing your ticket on the ANA website.
Customers who already have a reservation should apply from the Reservation Details screen.

  • You cannot apply if you are not eligible for Paid Lounge Access, the time at which you wish to apply falls outside the application period, or the maximum number of applications have already been received.
Please apply at the check-in counter, the ticketing counter, or at the lounges at Narita or Haneda Airport.


Changes can be made through the ANA website up to 24 hours prior to departure of the relevant international flight. Changes cannot be made at the airport counter.

  • If you change your class, date or flight, your existing paid lounge access request will be canceled.

When requesting paid lounge access for your new flight:

After you have purchased your new paid lounge access, you will receive a refund for the EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) for the paid lounge access that you purchased for your original flight.

  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been successfully processed.
    • This may take one to two days.

If you choose not to request a paid lounge access for your new flight:

  • If the EMD you have already purchased is within its term of validity and the terms and conditions are satisfied, it can be used to make a paid lounge access request for a different flight.
  • If you wish to use your refund for a different flight, please contact an ANA customer service center no later than 24 hours prior to departure of the relevant flight.
  • Refunds are not available after purchase.

Terms and Conditions

  • There is a limit to the number of seats available in airport lounges.
  • Lounges can only be used after the airport counter check-in has opened for your outbound flight and you have passed through security.
  • For check-in counter opening times, please go here.
  • Please retain the passenger receipt you received upon booking the service until you actually use the lounge.
  • You may be designated a lounge to use during busy periods.
  • You may not be able to use a lounge if it is already full. Please speak to an ANA staff member at the airport for more details.
