Dollar Rent A Car offers a wide range of popular vehicles, including 7-seater minivans, and attractive rates to meet the needs of customers. One particularly noteworthy option is the "Raku Raku Plan," which includes voluntary insurance and applicable taxes. It also allows customers to return vehicles without refueling them as well as choose between making payment in Japan or doing so at the relevant rental office at the destination.
Extensive support, including a 24-hour toll-free assistance number, is also available for greater peace of mind.

How to Accrue Miles
- When Making Reservations

Contact the Dollar Rent A Car Reservation Center or make the reservation online 48 hours prior to departing Japan. Please enter or provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club number.
- After Arriving at the Destination

When picking up the vehicle from the rental office at the destination, please present the required items (reservation confirmation, driver's license, credit card) as well as your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date
Approximately 2-3 months will be required for the miles (both from the rental and the online reservation bonus) to be credited to the mileage balance.
Note
- Miles can only be accrued by the person named in the car rental contract.
- Only rental plans which stipulate payment in the United States and its territories (excluding Guam) are eligible for mileage accrual.
- Only customers who are 21 years of age or older, have both a valid Japanese driver's license and international driver's license, and a credit card that can be used for purchases outside Japan are eligible. (Please note that conditions may differ depending on the state.)
- Refer to the website indicated below for mileage accrual conditions.
- Vehicles can be rented in Hawaii even you only have a Japanese driver's license.
- For retroactive registration, please have your receipt and apply within 6 months from the date of use.
