Nandennen Okonomiyaki and Teppanyaki Restaurant

Tasty staples of Osaka: okonomiyaki, yakisoba and Nandennen-yaki!
Enjoy delicious okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) with drinks in a Japanese pub-like atmosphere. In addition to standard okonomiyaki and yakisoba (fried noodles), there are a variety of original menu items such as the restaurant's specialty, Nandennen-yaki.
Try the specialty, Nandennen-yaki
The famous original Nandennen-yaki is made by pouring okonomiyaki batter enough for two in a custom-made long iron frame and grilling it slowly. Four kinds of taste are possible by combining different ingredients and sauces, and all are both beautiful and delicious. While it's very filling, the variety in tastes makes polishing off your plate surprisingly easy.
Chewy yakisoba fried noodles
Yakisoba made with boiled, thick egg noodles is smooth and chewy, and the texture and original sauce are quite exceptional. In addition to the standard mixed yakisoba, be sure to try the many original menu items.
Good old basic okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki mixes cabbage and eggs in a rested batter of flour, broth and yam, and is grilled after combining with toppings. When grilled slowly on a 3-centimeter-thick iron plate, the finished okonomiyaki becomes fluffy on the inside and slightly charred and crispy on the outside. Great care is given to everything from the ingredients to grilling methods; even the selection of cabbage and the way of cutting are changed depending on the season. The special spicy homemade sauce is also worth noting.
