When flying with ANA, you have the option to pre-pay for products such as extra baggage and meal service. If you're are seated in First Class, Business Class, you can pre-order your meal free of charge.

How to Use the In-flight Duty Free Shopping Pre-order Service

Information

  • Notice Regarding Partial Malfunctions in the Pre-Order Service
    Due to the website renewal implemented on April 15, 2025, some customers are experiencing problems using the Pre-Order Service.
    We are currently working on the issue, which occurred when applying for the service via the ANA app, and now gradually restoring services.
    Other issues and errors are being addressed as they become available.
    If you are still unable to use the ANA app, please clear your browser's cache and restart your device before applying again.
    We will provide further information as soon as all problems are resolved.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
  • Notice about Credit card usage limits
    Credit card payments (including ANA Cards) are accepted up to 200,000 yen on all routes.
  • Sale of the sweet potato shochu "Murao" will be resumed
    We have resumed selling sweet potato shochu "Murao" through pre-order service (advance reservation).

  • As drinking and smoking is against the law for persons under 20 years of age, the reservation and purchase of alcohol and tobacco products by persons under 20 years of age is not permitted.
    If a reservation is made by a person under 20 years of age, we will be unable to complete the sale even if the purchaser is over 20 years of age.
  • Please note that you may not be able to purchase your ordered items on board in the event of certain flight statuses, aircraft changes, etc.

Points to Note before Placing an Order

Terms & Conditions / Eligible Passengers

Passengers who reserve and purchase a ticket for an ANA Group-operated international flight (NH) under an ANA flight number through the ANA website, official ANA App, ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center or a travel agency. (excluding purchases made on the Mexico and Italy site)

Order Period (Including Changes and Cancellations)

Orders can be placed any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.
In some cases, the application deadline may be one day sooner for some flights departing from overseas.
Example: If your departure date is on April 1, you can place an order from March 22 up to 23:59 on March 29 (JST).

How to use Pre-Order Service

Step 1 must be completed up to boarding. For this step, reserve a flight ticket and then place a pre-order on the website (you can order up to 10 items). Lastly, you will receive an email confirming whether or not your ordered items have been secured for you. Step 2 must be completed on the departure date. For this step, please inform a cabin attendant of your order after boarding.* You will then receive your ordered items after paying for them.
  • * Please show a copy of the email confirming your secured products or provide your pre-order number. You may not receive your products if you do not inform a cabin attendant of your order.

How to Place an Order

Please reserve and purchase a flight ticket in advance.

STEP 1: On the reservation confirmation screen, select "Services" and click the "Apply" button for "In-Flight Shopping Pre-Order Service."
STEP 2: Click the "Next" button in Information
STEP 3: Select your desired flight from the flight list and proceed to the product pre-order page.

Up to 10 Items Per Passenger Per Flight (Some Exclusions Apply)

There is a limit to the number of orders that can be accepted for one flight due to loading space. For this reason, there may be occasions when you cannot place an order.

Carry-on Baggage Restrictions

The carrying of liquids on board is restricted in accordance with instructions from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Please be aware that liquid containers over 100 ml cannot be carried on board your connecting flight(s) or return flight.

New Orders Required Upon Changing Flights

Existing pre-orders are not updated automatically along with flight ticket reservation changes.
Please cancel your existing pre-order before changing your reservation, and then place a new one afterwards.

  • * Please note that you may not be able to place an order for the same products depending on stock levels.

Information about Eligible and Ineligible Flights

Eligible Flights

International routes operated by ANA (NH flights).

  • * However, flights between Tokyo and Seoul, between Tokyo and Vladivostok, and between Kansai and Shanghai are ineligible.
  • * If the itinerary of your reservation includes ineligible routes, all your flights in the itinerary will be ineligible for in-flight shopping pre-order service.
