1. Terms of Use

The In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service is available for passengers who reserve and purchase a ticket for an ANA Group-operated international flight (NH/NQ) under an ANA flight number through the ANA website, official ANA App, ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center or a travel agency. (excluding purchases made on the Mexico and Italy site)

  • If you have an inclusive tour fare, etc., you may be required to join the ANA Mileage Club upon using the pre-order service.

2. Period for Placing/Canceling Orders and Making Additions/Changes

Orders can be placed on the ANA website (excluding purchases made on the Mexico and Italy site) after purchasing and reserving a ticket for an ANA Group-operated international flight. Products can be ordered any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.

3. Eligible Flights

ANA Group-operated international flights (scheduled flights including those operated by NQ) are eligible for this service.
However, flights between Tokyo and Seoul, between Tokyo and Vladivostok, and between Kansai and Shanghai are ineligible.
If the itinerary of your reservation includes ineligible routes, all your flights in the itinerary will be ineligible for in-flight shopping pre-order service.

4. Order Limit

The In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service can be used to pre-order up to 10 items per person per flight. (Please note that you will also be able to purchase additional items separately from your pre-order on board.)

5. Payment Methods

The handling of cash on board will be discontinued. Only credit cards, ANA Gift Cards/ANA Travel Vouchers and ANA Diamond Service In-Flight/Airport Shopping coupon can be used for purchases made on board.

The following credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and American Express) are accepted.
ANA Travel Vouchers and ANA Diamond Service In-Flight/Airport Shopping coupon can be used with credit card.

When paying with an ANA card, you will receive a discount of 10% and earn additional miles.

  • You will be given a 10% discount on the normal price of goods when you pay with an ANA card.

  • You will earn 2 miles for every 100 yen spent (in-flight purchase miles + ANA Card Mile Plus).

  • For ANA Card Premium, 2 miles will be received for ANA Card Miles Plus, making 3 miles earned in total.

  • Products with a unit price of less than 1,000 yen and certain other products are not eligible for 10% discount or accumulation of miles.

  • Please note that miles cannot be registered retrospectively.

  • Credit card payments are limited to 100,000 yen for all Asia routes including China and 200,000 yen for all other routes.ANA card payments of up to 200,000 yen are accepted on all routes.

  • Payments can only be made in a single installment and will be taken in Japanese Yen.

  • In the case of credit card payments, please be aware that there may be a delay in the billing month depending on your credit card company.

  • Credit cards without a signature strip on the back cannot be used.

  • Please be aware that, in accordance with credit card company requirements, passengers making large payments by credit card (other than ANA card) may be asked to present identification such as a passport.

  • Please be aware that, for credit card payments, ANA may reconfirm the validity of the credit card used on the ground after landing.

  • Acceptance of new application for ANA Value Vouchers finished on June 30, 2022.
    Valid date of ANA Value Vouchers is July 31, 2023 as longest, and the coupon will be invaild after the date.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Even if you change or cancel (i.e., request a refund) your flight ticket through the ANA website, ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center or a travel agency, the order you have placed through the In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service will not be changed or canceled automatically.
Please cancel your pre-order before changing or canceling (i.e., requesting a refund) your reserved flight.
After changing your flight ticket, you must place another order through the pre-order service. Please note that you may be unable to order the same products depending on stock levels.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled through the ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center, ANA In-flight Sales Customer Center, or a travel agency.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled after changing or canceling (i.e., requesting a refund) your reserved flight.

  • Pre-orders cannot suddenly be changed or canceled after the deadline (23:59 (JST) three days prior to departure).

  • Please note that you will be unable to use the pre-order service if you change your reservation to a flight departing beyond the pre-order deadline (23:59 (JST) three days prior to departure).

7. Handling of Personal Information

Please refer to the ANA Privacy Policy for information on how we handle our customers' personal information.

8. Notes

This service enables you to place an order for in-flight sales items before boarding your flight. Please note that you may not be able to purchase your pre-ordered items on board in the event of certain flight statuses, aircraft changes, etc.
Please note that, even if your pre-ordered items are not available on board, we will not be able to post them to you after your flight. This is because taxation laws prohibit duty free items from being handled in such a way.
