Specific Measures
ANA Sales Co., Ltd., which operates the travel services business, acquired the Privacy Mark from the Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community in November 2011.
The ANA Group as a whole will continue its initiatives to further strengthen its system for protecting personal information.

Specific Measures
- • We introduced a self-check system of the status of compliance with information security rules, implemented annually and covering all Group employees.
- • To impart an accurate understanding of security rules, we have established a course given to all Group employees once each quarter via the company intranet. In 2012, we dealt with the themes “Promoting understanding of the rules for using social network services (SNS)” and “Promoting security measures for smartphones and other devices” in particular.
- • We compiled case studies and other examples illustrating the importance of following information security rules, introduced in an easy-to-understand format using e-learning.
