In 1993, ANA established ANA Wing Fellows Co., Ltd., the first special subsidiary of its kind in the airline industry, to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. In April 2011, we brought in Vie Oji Ltd., which operates Swan Bakery, as the second special subsidiary in the Group. In April 2012, ANA’s Personnel Department established the Group Disabled Person Employment Promotion Office, which supports the creation of meaningful work for disabled people at numerous Group companies and workplaces. People with disabilities made up 1.89% of the workforce of six ^* ANA Group companies as of June 2012.
