Passengers traveling alone who meet any of the following conditions may be required to be accompanied by an escort.
If applicable, please contact us in advance.
- Passengers who have difficulty properly understanding safety instructions from our staff.
- Passengers who have difficulty handling personal needs such as eating, drinking, or using the restroom (including dressing/undressing) by themselves.
- * Flight attendants are unable to perform medical procedures or provide personal care (such as assistance with eating, using the restroom, or taking medication).
