Deduction of family miles

Miles will be automatically deducted from the mileage accounts of ANA Card Family Miles members (who reside in Japan) and ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA) members (who reside outside of Japan) in the following order of priority.

    • Applying for awards
    • Adjusting a difference due to changed season

  1. Miles that will expire soon (miles with an old accrual date)

  2. Accounts with few miles to deduct

  3. Family Members (ascending order according to ANA Mileage Club customer number [10 digits])

    You cannot specify which member or which miles to be deducted.

    If you do not want family miles to be added together, please click on the "Do not use Family Miles total" button.

Family mile refunds

Miles will be automatically deducted from the mileage accounts of ANA Card Family Miles members (who reside in Japan) and ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA) members (who reside outside of Japan) in the following order of priority.

    • Refunds for award changes

  1. Miles with newer expiration dates (miles with newer account dates)

  2. Accounts with many miles to be refunded

    You cannot specify which member or which miles to be refunded.
