In order to provide ANA Mileage Club members with peace of mind, we have introduced two-step authentication using one-time passwords for certain ANA Mileage Club services.
With two-step authentication, we will send a one-time password to the email address you have registered for "Important Notice from ANA" on the ANA Mileage Club section of the ANA website. Therefore, we kindly request that you ensure your email address is up to date.
Please be sure to check that you have the correct email address registered, as you will be unable to access certain services on the ANA website if you do not.

What Is Two-Step Authentication?

Two-step authentication is a mechanism in which customers use a one-time password in addition to entering their ANA Mileage Club membership number and web password in order to authenticate their identity. Customers authenticate their identity in this way for the purpose of preventing other people from accessing their personal information and using certain services under their name.

The one-time password will be sent to the email address registered to receive "Important Notice from ANA."
Please select the pictograms/numbers you received via email on the one-time password entry screen.
If you have received multiple one-time passwords, please use the pictograms and numbers you received in the most recent email.
If the pictograms do not display, select the letters shown below the pictograms.

When You Are Not Receiving a One-Time Password

Depending on the email address you have registered or your email inbox settings, you may not receive the one-time password authentication email.
Authentication emails are sent using a different delivery system to other emails from ANA. Therefore, there may be occasions when you receive other emails from ANA but not authentication emails.
If you do not receive an authentication email, please change your email address or try the procedures shown below.

①Confirm your registered e-mail address

Emails with one-time passwords will be sent to the email address you have specified to receive Important Notices from ANA.
Please confirm that the email address you have registered is up-to-date from "Registration / Change of e-mail Address".
If you cannot receive e-mails to your currently registered e-mail address, please complete the procedure from "Register or Changing Email Address".

  • Those starting with a dot (.) (Example: .xxxx@example.com)

  • Those containing a sequence of dots (Example: xx...xx@example.com)

  • Those with a dot coming before the at sign (Example: xxxx.@example.com)

There may be other email addresses that cannot receive authentication emails. If the issue cannot be solved, please change your registered email address.

②Check emails from specified domains

Emails with one-time passwords will be sent from anainfo@121.ana.co.jp.
If you have set your account to receive emails from specified domains only, please set it to receive emails from @121.ana.co.jp.

③Check your junk mail folder

Please check whether the email with one-time passwords has not been automatically placed in the junk email folder.

④Check the inbox settings of your mobile carrier email address

If you register a mobile carrier email address and do not receive an authentication email, you may be able to receive one by changing your incoming email settings.  For further details, please see the relevant mobile carrier's webpage.
