In order to provide ANA Mileage Club members with even greater peace of mind, we will introduce two-step authentication using one-time passwords for certain ANA Mileage Club services from summer 2022.

With this new two-step authentication mechanism, we will send a one-time password to the email address you have registered for "Important Notice from ANA" on the ANA Mileage Club section of the ANA website. Therefore, we kindly request that you ensure your registered information is up to date.
If you have not registered your email address, you will lose access to certain online services from summer 2022. We therefore kindly request that you make sure to check your email registration status.

1. Log in to the ANA website and click on My Menu.

2. Click on "Change e-mail address".

3. Please confirm if the email address registered to receive "Important Notice from ANA" is up to date. If you need to change your registered email address, you can do so by clicking on the "Register / Change" button.

  • If your device is set to receive emails from specified domains only, please set it to receive emails from 121.ana.co.jp.

A : You can register any email address, but we recommend that you register a free email address (such as Gmail) that you can use for a long time.  Email addresses provided by cell phone carriers will no longer be accessible after changing your carrier or plan. Therefore, if you currently have such an email address registered with the ANA Mileage Club and have changed or are considering changing to a new rate plan provided by 1 of the 3 major cell phone carriers, please click on "Change E-mail Address" and change your email address.
