Japanese Cuisine ～Washoku～
Located in Kyoto, the capital of traditional Japanese culture, Gion Nishikawa has been awarded two Michelin stars for eight consecutive years. This meal, created in collaboration with owner-chef Masayoshi Nishikawa, offers a beautiful harmony of the five tastes: sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and hot. Delight your palate with meticulously prepared kaiseki dishes.

Masayasu Yonemura, owner of Restaurant Yonemura, is increasingly appearing in kitchens outside Japan, showcasing his skills as a creative chef. While arising out of the Kyoto tradition, his original dishes express flavors beyond the traditional realms of both Japanese and Western cuisine.

■ 3.11 Memorial Sake “Golden Slumbers” Junmai Ginjo --Advisor select (Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaikura, Yamagata)
Sake produced by a brewery formerly based in Fukushima as an offering to victims of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. Nicely framed by pure ginjo aromas and snappy acidity, with a crisp, lengthy finish.

■Haneya Junmai Ginjo Kirabi (Fumigiku Shuzo, Toyama)
Fumigiku Shuzo has recently been producing fresh sake year-round by maintaining straightforward, traditional brewing procedures using groundwater from the Tateyama Mountains and sake rice from Toyama. This junmai ginjo has a round mouthfeel with a generous, clean finish. Every cup is pure delight.

■ ANA Original Coffee -- Pour Over The Sky --
This is a single-origin coffee using BSCA* certified beans cultivated on the Monte Alegre farm in Brazil. Made from beans permeated with the sweetness of their fruit, the coffee combines pleasant bitterness with a mild sweet touch.
* An organization that adopts quality-oriented coffee bean producers as its members, aiming to watch over the preservation of coffee quality in Brazil.
