Customers may only change once to the earliest available ANA Group flight within seven (7) days of the boarding date of the applicable flight.

Please check your reservation details under View Reservations on the ANA website, and click Change Reservation.
Information concerning handling fee exemption will be displayed for the applicable tickets.
If the fare, charge, etc. is not waived in spite of an applicable ticket, or if it comes within 24 hours of flight departure, please call ANA.
Please note that the difference may be required depending on the flight you are changing to.
If the ticket can be changed and the fare is recalculated in accordance with the fare rules and regulations, the refund will be made in the amount of the difference.

Click the "Change Reservation" button on the right side, then search for your flight.
For applicable flights, "JPY0" and "Fee exemption" will be displayed.
