When flying on ANA Group-operated flights, you will continue to have access to various services, with the exception of the lounge access.

  • The new system applies to all customers, including those who already have an ANA Super Flyers Card.

  • Customers who have reached one million ANA Lifetime Miles (LT Miles) are eligible for ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS regardless of their ANA Card or ANA Pay annual spending.
    *5,000 miles are credited to customers whose annual spending exceeds 3 million yen.
    *For information on Lifetime Miles (LT Miles), please refer to the Million Miler Program.

Following an assessment period beginning on December 16, 2026, the service featuring the new tiers will commence in April 2028.

Advance Notice The assessment period will begin on December 16, 2026. Total spend using your ANA Card and ANA Pay during the one-year period from this date will then be used to determine your tier for the following fiscal year.  The new service will launch on April 1, 2028. Your level of service will be provided based on the new tiers.

  • Will spending with family cards be included when calculating the primary member's spending?

    Spending on the primary ANA Super Flyers Card held by the primary member, as well as on any family cards associated with that card, will be combined for the calculation.

  • How are services offered to family card holders determined?

    Family members are eligible for the same services as the primary member.

  • When will the 5,000 miles offered as a benefit for ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS members be credited to my account?

    After the assessment, the total amount will be calculated each year between April and May.

  • Where can I check my payment amount?

    This can be checked in the Performance Report.

  • When will I be notified about the ANA Super Flyers Card services offered for the following year?

    If you meet the requirements, you will be notified by email around March.

  • If my annual spending does not reach 3 million yen, will my Super Flyers membership be revoked (considered canceled)?

    No, your membership will not be canceled. While you will not have lounge access, you will still receive the same services as before when flying with ANA Group flights, as well as services equivalent to Star Alliance Silver status when flying with Star Alliance member airlines. Your tier will be redetermined every year.

  • Which lounges can I use if I exceed 3 million yen spending?

    As before, you can use the designated lounges at each airport, as well as the lounges of Star Alliance member airlines.

  • Which tier will I be in when I enroll for an ANA Super Flyers Card?

    New ANA Super Flyers Card members will start in the ANA Super Flyers Card SFC LITE tier, with the exception of customers who have reached one million lifetime miles on ANA Group-operated flights. 

  • When is the spending assessment period that determines my tier after enrollment?

    Your tier will be determined based on the total amount spent using your ANA Card and ANA Pay during the assessment period (December 16 to December 15 of the following year), which includes your enrollment date. New service benefits will apply from the following fiscal year.

    Eligible ANA Cards

    • ANA Cards issued in Japan which have ANA CARD printed on the front side are eligible cards.

    Ineligible ANA Cards

    • ANA Corporate Cards

    • ANA Cards issued outside Japan (ANA Card U.S.A., CTBC ANA Card, Dah Sing ANA Card, China Minsheng Bank ANA Card, etc.)

  • Combining of Payment Amounts

    • Payments made by family card members will be added to the primary member's payment amount.

    • Payments made with a Diners Club Business Account Card or ANA Diners Premium Card will be added to the primary member's payment amount.

    • If you have multiple eligible cards, the payment amounts of ANA Cards whose accounts are combined will be added up.

  • Payment Amounts Not Counted Toward the Fulfillment of Condition

    The payment amounts outlined below will not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

    Information Regarding ANA Cards

    • The payment data from eligible partner merchants has not arrived at the each credit card company during the applicable period

    • Data on the refunded amount is received by ANA from the credit card company during the applicable period
      Example: If JPY 100,000 used on October 1, 2027 is refunded on January 1, 2028
      JPY 100,000 will be deducted from the amount of money you spend from December 16, 2026 to December 15, 2027, which is the period used to determine your tier in FY2028.

    • Payments using e-money (Rakuten Edy, PASMO, Suica, nimoca, etc.) loaded onto the card

    • Payments with ANA UnionPay Card

    • Annual membership fees, various handling fees (for issuing supplementary cards, redeeming miles, making revolving payments/installment payments, using skip-a-payment options, etc.), and money borrowed through small-loan lending services

      • *

        Amounts for revolving payments/installment payments, or lump-sum payments after a bonus will be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition if the payment date is within the applicable period.

    • The amount charged from an ANA Card to ANA Pay, regardless of whether the cardholder is a primary member or a family member

    • If your ANA Mileage Club membership number (10 digits) and credit card number have changed due to loss, change or reissue of the relevant ANA Card, the payment amount may not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

    • If you change to a card provided by a different brand, the payments made using your previous card will generally not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

    Information Regarding ANA Pay

  • Use of ANA Pay That Will Be Counted Toward the Total

    • Only 1 ANA Pay account can be registered per member.

    • If the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number used with ANA Pay is the number of an ANA Card family member, the amount spent using ANA Pay will be added to the primary cardholder's spending.

    • If you have canceled your ANA Pay account, you will generally not be eligible for tier assessment.
