New Job Transfer Compo Service Requests

[Points to Note When Making Your Request]

  • Please submit your request after making your flight reservation. Requests will not be accepted if a flight reservation cannot be verified.

  • To request Job Transfer Compo services for your entire family, all family members must be ANA Mileage Club members.

  • Please read through Job Transfer Compo information before applying.

  • Additions and changes to service options are not possible after the request has been made.
  • The address for delivery the reservation confirmation documents and the Service Compo options is limited to the home address in Japan.

  • Customers are responsible for any retransmission costs in case Service Compo options are returned to the sender due to moving. (For Domestic Delivery Gifts, please check the menu introduction site.)

  • ANA Job Transfer Compo is subject to change or discontinuation without notice. The contents valid at the time customer submit new request will be applied.

  • ANA Compo Desk and related companies involved in the provision of services may be closed without notice due to enforcement, instructions, requests, etc. from administrative agencies. In that case, the services of Job Transfer Compo may be delayed, changed, or not offered.

Change or Cancel a Request

  • If your boarding date or flight number is changed, be sure to contact the ANA Compo Desk below. If you do not contact us, we will not be able to provide service of Job Transfer Compo.

  • Additions and changes to Service Compo options are not possible after the request has been made.

  • Compo cancellations or assignment changes

    In the event that you are unable to use the Compo assignment due to a cancellation or change to your scheduled ANA flight (including when not caused by ANA directly, such as entry restrictions, etc.), or due to your own circumstances (including reasons relating to your company, visa issuance, etc.), if the number of Compo service points decreases and we stop providing the products/services you have applied for, you will be required to pay for all or part of the services/products already provided, as well as any cancellation fee in force, even if the products/services have not yet been provided.

    For requests made after 11:00 on May 19, 2021, we accept returns for some products only if they are unused within 30 days after the product arrives, but the customer is responsible for the return delivery fee.

    Please be aware of this before applying.

  • If an infant under the age of 2 who occupies a seat is booked not to occupy a seat due to a change in aircraft material, this service will be deemed canceled.
