Application at the Airport

Procedures can be completed at the check-in counters for domestic flights at airports in Japan or

at self-service check-in machines located at the boarding gate.* For international flights, procedures cannot be completed at self-service check-in machines.

As of July 10, 2024, Edy exchange, receiving, and balance checking services will no longer be supported on self-service check-in machines.

ANA Web KIOSK and ANA SKY KIOSK services are no longer available.

STEP 2: Redeem Promotional Edy Gifts at a Self-service Check-in Machine

1. Select the Menu - Part 1

Select More options.

Select Edy Campaign Registration.

2.Verify Customer Information

Place your ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Edy Card, ANA Card (with Edy Functionality), or Keitai de Edy Miles-registered Android device with OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) onto the reader.

3.Enter Password

Enter your 4-digit ANA Mileage Club password.

4. Select the Promotion

Choose the promotion from which to redeem the Rakuten Edy. Collections are processed one at a time. To collect multiple promotional Edy gifts, please repeat the process from the first menu selection screen after completing each redemption.

5. Select Collection Method

If you have registered an OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device with Keitai de Edy Miles, please select whether you wish to collect the Rakuten Edy with a card or said device. If you do not have an OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device, you will automatically proceed to the Confirm Redemption Details step.

6. Confirm Redemption Details - Part 1

After checking the details, tap Confirm.

Tap Redeem Miles for Rakuten Edy.

7. Redemption Completed

The redemption process is thus complete.

Now you will need to complete collection procedures to collect the redeemed Rakuten Edy amount with your card or OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device. Select Collect Rakuten Edy

Please note that Edy will become invalid if not collected by the collection deadline.

STEP 3 Collect the Rakuten Edy.

8. Position the Rakuten Edy Card/Device

Place your ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Edy Card, ANA Card (with Edy Functionality), or Keitai de Edy Miles-registered OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device onto the reader.

9. Select the Amount of Rakuten Edy to Collect

Please select the relevant amount of Rakuten Edy to collect.

If selecting an amount will result in your Rakuten Edy balance exceeding JPY 50,000, that amount cannot be selected.

Collections are processed one at a time. To collect multiple amounts of Rakuten Edy, please tap the Go to Rakuten Edy Menu button at the top of the screen to repeat the process.

10. Confirm the Collected Rakuten Edy Amount

After checking the details, tap the Collect Edy button.

11. Rakuten Edy Collection Completed

The collection process is thus complete.

To collect multiple amounts of Rakuten Edy, please tap the Go to Rakuten Edy Menu button to repeat the process.

If you cannot complete the collection procedures immediately after redemption, you can do so later by selecting Collect Edy at the Select the Menu - Part 3 step.
