Here you can find information regarding how to change the email-related settings for your ANA Mileage Club account.

Customers Who Want to Unsubscribe to Emails

Follow the steps below to log into your account and change your settings in order to unsubscribe from emails.

Confirm or Change Email Subscription Settings

Step 1:Log In

Enter your ANA Mileage Club membership number and password, then click the Log In button.

    Depending on your login status, it is also possible to start from Step 2.

Click the Register/Change button.

Make the relevant subscription setting changes in the Subscription and Email Preference section, then click the Register button.

    After the changes have been made, some time will be required for email deliveries to stop.

    Emails will continue to be delivered during this time, so we ask for your patience and understanding.
