You can find ANA FESTA stores at airports served by ANA across Japan. In addition to gift shops offering items such as local souvenirs, air travel products, and luggage, we also have restaurants and cafes where you can get something to eat or drink.
Our shops showcase an extensive lineup focusing on unique regional products, with items handpicked by local staff to meet a broad range of traveler needs. We are also committed to the development of original ANA FESTA products.
By taking individual customer requirements into consideration, we aim to create shops that bring the joy of travel not only to travelers buying souvenirs, but also to people receiving these gifts and all those coming to the airport for whatever purpose.

Information

  • Due to various reasons, mileage accrual through ANA Card Miles Plus has been temporary suspended for HOKKAIDO KITCHEN from October 1, 2024.
    Customers can continue to accrue miles by showing their 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership numbers.

  • Pick-up and delivery services are available for some ANA Festa stores.

JPY 200 (including tax) = 1 mile
Upon Providing Your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club Membership Number 1 mile for every JPY 100 (excluding tax) spent

How to Accrue Miles

(ANA Card credit card payment)		 Use an ANA Card to make your payment.
Upon Providing Your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club Membership Number Please present your ANA Card, ANA Mileage Club Card, or ANA Mileage Club Digital Card.
The staff will scan your card at the register.
Customers are required to register their 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number themselves when using ANA FESTA self-checkouts and ANA FESTA GO unmanned payment stores. Before making payment, please register by following the instructions on the checkout screen.

Mileage Accrual When Paying with Apple Pay/iD/QUICPay™

  • iD payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
    Furthermore, Apple Pay payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are made using iD and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

  • QUICPay™ payments with ANA JCB Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
    Apple Pay payments with ANA JCB Cards are made using QUICPay™ and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

    QUICPay™ or Apple Pay payments made with ANA American Express Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

ANA Card Member Benefits

Customers who make purchases of JPY 1,000 (including tax) or more at any ANA FESTA or ANA FESTA GO airport shop will receive a 5% discount upon presenting* their ANA Card.
