Redemptions are made in increments of 10,000 miles.

ANA Mileage Club cards with Edy functionality (including ANA Cards) and OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) devices which have been registered to Keitai de Edy Miles can be used for applications.

OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) devices can be used for applications from 3 days after Keitai de Edy Miles registration.

Miles are deducted at the time of the application.

After an Edy amount has been redeemed, it cannot be changed back to miles.

Once collected, Edy do not have expiration dates.

A PaSoRi card reader or a computer that is equipped with a FeliCa NFC reader is required in order to collect Edy via computer.

Customers with ANA Cards which are nearing their expiration dates should collect Edy with their new cards after renewing their memberships. There may be cases when Edy cannot be collected with the old card when membership renewal is being processed.

When switching from an AMC card with Edy functionality to an ANA Card, or when switching from one type of ANA Card to another, the Edy balance will not be transferred. Make sure to use up the Edy balance on the old card.

Once collected, Edy cannot be transferred to other Edy cards or OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) devices.

Once collected, Edy cannot be converted into cash.
