Please note that the vehicle will depart at the reserved time as other customers will also travel in it. (This also applies in the case of flight delays.)

In the unlikely event that you miss your flight due to a traffic jam, etc., there is no guarantee that the airline will allow you to change your flight reservation.
Online reservations must be made by 15:00 on the day prior to the date of use.
If a reservation is canceled, a cancellation charge will apply. For details, please see the NearMe website.
If you cancel your reservation due to your flight being delayed/canceled, a cancellation charge will not be payable. (In this case, you must contact NearMe directly.)

This is 1 mile more than the standard 1 mile for every JPY 200 (including tax).
To accrue mileage, you must re-enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number on the NearMe website.
The campaign miles earned through this webpage (1 mile for every JPY 200 (including tax)) will be credited to your mileage balance approximately 1 to 2 months after the payment has been completed. Please note that the timing differs to that of standard miles.
If you make a reservation and then cancel it, you will not accrue any miles. Furthermore, change/cancellation charges are not eligible for mileage accrual.
You will not accrue any miles if you enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and/or name incorrectly.
The 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number cannot be corrected after making a reservation and retroactive mileage registration is not available, so please make sure to enter your information correctly upon making the reservation.
