If flights are included in the search results, you can search for routes that reflect real-time flight information, and check information about boarding terminals, security checkpoints, and boarding gates. Available to purchase through Airport Access, the Tokyo Subway Ticket is a cheap and convenient special passenger ticket which enables tourists to enjoy unlimited travel on a total of 13 lines, namely all 9 Tokyo Metro lines and all 4 Toei Subway lines. When using Airport Access, you can purchase the Common One-day Ticket for Tokyo Metro & Toei Subway (which is sold at Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations) for an even cheaper price. You can easily pick up your Tokyo Subway Ticket by visiting one of the main Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations and scanning your QR code (which you will receive after purchasing your ticket) against the QR code reader on the ticket machine for tourists. You can do this at any time within the relevant station's operating hours.

You can collect your Tokyo Subway Ticket by visiting one of the main Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations and scanning your QR code against the QR code reader on the ticket machine for tourists.

Stations with Ticket Machines at Which Ticket Collection with a QR Code is Possible

Ticket collection with a QR code can only be performed at a ticket machine for tourists.

Points to Note

The KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket set cannot be picked up at locations other than the staffed counters at Haneda Airport Terminal 1·2 or Terminal 3 Station (Keikyu Line). Please note that it cannot be picked up at any of the Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations.
If you purchase the Tokyo Subway Ticket individually, you must visit one of the main Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations and use the ticket machine for tourists to pick up your ticket. Please note that you will not be able to pick it up at Haneda Airport.
Refunds are only available before you pick up your ticket and must be done through the Travel CUBE website. Once you have exchanged your voucher for the ticket, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
