The Tokyo Subway Ticket is valid for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours from the usage start time (i.e., the time you pass through the first set of ticket gates). The applicable validity period can be confirmed on the reverse side of your ticket.

For information on the stations at which you can board and disembark trains, please see the map for the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines. This ticket cannot be used for travel on any of the JR lines.

Ticket Set Pickup Counter

Please visit the staffed counter at Haneda Airport Terminal 1·2 or Terminal 3 Station (Keikyu Line) and present your QR code to pick up your KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket set.

The round-trip Keikyu ticket (a ticket with magnetic strip) and Tokyo Subway Ticket will be passed to you as a set.

At Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station, you can only pick up your ticket set at the staffed counter on the 2F (Arrival Lobby).

Return Trip Restriction: If you start at Terminal 3, you cannot return to Terminal 1 or 2.
No Stopovers: Ticket is void if you exit gates midway.

Tokyo Subway Ticket Collection at Stations

You can collect your Tokyo Subway Ticket by visiting one of the main Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations and scanning your QR code against the QR code reader on the ticket machine for tourists.

Stations with Ticket Machines at Which Ticket Collection with a QR Code is Possible

Ticket collection with a QR code can only be performed at a ticket machine for tourists.

(Such machines display the icon shown in the red frame in the image to the right.)

Points to Note

The KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket set cannot be picked up at locations other than the staffed counters at Haneda Airport Terminal 1·2 or Terminal 3 Station (Keikyu Line). Please note that it cannot be picked up at any of the Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations.
If you purchase the Tokyo Subway Ticket individually, you must visit one of the main Tokyo Metro / Toei Subway stations and use the ticket machine for tourists to pick up your ticket. Please note that you will not be able to pick it up at Haneda Airport.
Refunds are only available before you pick up your ticket and must be done through the Travel CUBE website. Once you have exchanged your voucher for the ticket, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
