The APM (Automated People Mover) is an unmanned shuttle that runs between Terminal 3E (arrival terminal) and Terminal 3C (arrivals floor) every two minutes. The travel time is approximately five to seven minutes. Stay on this shuttle until the final stop C (Terminal 3C). The shuttle makes an intermediate stop at D (Terminal 3D). On the 2nd floor of Terminal 3C, there is the baggage claim area and customs. After passing through these, passengers traveling onward from the airport by train, bus or taxi should proceed to the exit.

The 4th floor of Terminal 3C is where the ANA check-in counters are located. Passengers arriving by train, bus, or taxi, etc., should proceed to carry out the check-in procedures. You will also find an information counter and currency exchange on this floor. After carrying out the check-in procedures and security checks, take the escalator down to the 2nd floor and proceed to the APM boarding area. Passengers who use the Air China lounge, please proceed to the departure area lounge on the 3rd floor.
Passengers connecting to domestic flights (other than Terminal 3), please proceed to the arrival turnstile on the 2nd floor of Terminal 3C from the APM boarding area on the 2nd floor after passing through immigration on the 3rd floor of Terminal 3E.
