Information

  • Implementation of the new Entry/Exit System (EES) in EU Member Countries
    The operation of the new Entry/Exit System (EES) will commence on October 12, 2025.
    The EU member countries implementing EES will roll out the system at their external borders in a phased manner.
    This means that data collection at border crossing points will begin incrementally and is expected to be fully implemented by April 10, 2026.

Since the boarding gate check-in counters might be subject to change, please check at the airport to the day of departure.

    On the Ground Floor where you will arrive, there are restrooms, an ATM, and information. Passengers entering the airport will proceed to immigration, baggage claim, and customs. As you exit, you will find a cab stand and then go downstairs to the basement where you will find the train to the city.

    ANA Group flights depart from Terminal 1. Security checks are located in the center of the terminal. Check-in will take place in Hall A, check-in area 5.

Security Check

Business Class passengers and “Star Alliance Gold” members are entitled to priority security check access after check-in. Please present your boarding pass when using the security check.

Customs

Purchases made within EU countries are subject to value-added tax, which is refundable for travelers.
