On the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 in the International Flight Area, there are quarantine and immigration booths, the baggage claim area, and customs. After passing through customs, there are two information counters. Upon exiting to the Access Plaza, there are walkways to the Central Japan International Airport train station, Centrair Hotel, taxi stands, and the boat terminal.

All customers arriving from Southeast Asia must submit a health questionnaire.

Please present your passport and immigration card.

Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms at the customs.

On the 3rd floor of Terminal 1, there is the Access Plaza connecting to walkways from the Central Japan International Airport train station, Centrair Hotel, taxi stands, and the boat terminal. There is an information counter at the entrance, with ANA check-in and ticketing counters located in Zone I. After going to the International Flight Area, there is a security checkpoint and immigration booths.
