On the 2nd floor of International Terminal G, there is quarantine, immigration, the baggage claim area, customs and the baggage pick up counter for oversize baggage.

Passengers who plan to travel to the United States must obtain pre-travel authorization though ESTA by themselves before departure.

On the 3rd floor of International Terminal G, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters. ANA counters are located in Zone 5. After completing check-in, proceed to security or the priority security lane. After passing through security, there is a United Polaris Lounge close to the boarding gates.

After passing through immigration, the baggage claim area and customs on the 2nd floor of International Terminal G, passengers connecting to a US domestic flight operated by United Airlines should drop off their baggage at the baggage counter for connecting flights and proceed to the check-in counter for United Airlines domestic flights in Terminal 3. Passengers connecting to international flights should proceed on foot toward the gates. Passengers connecting to US domestic flights operated by other airlines should proceed on foot toward Terminal 1. Domestic Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the International Terminal, Garage G and Garage A are connected by the free inter-terminal shuttle (AirTrain).
After completing the arrival procedure, go to the dedicated exit for connecting flights (please be careful that the special exit is located at the opposite side of the exit for non-connecting passengers), then proceed to Terminal 3.
Please come to the ANA departure flight gate from the dedicated passage for connecting passengers that links Terminal 3 (around gate F1) and Terminal G (around gate G1). If you have not finished with check-in, the ANA staff at the boarding gate will take care.
Please use the free Air Train or walk to the ANA check-in counter at International Terminal G.
