Airport map information

After passing through immigration, the baggage claim area and customs on the 2nd floor of International Terminal G, passengers connecting to a US domestic flight operated by United Airlines should drop off their baggage at the baggage counter for connecting flights and proceed to the check-in counter for United Airlines domestic flights in Terminal 3. Passengers connecting to international flights should proceed on foot toward the gates. Passengers connecting to US domestic flights operated by other airlines should proceed on foot toward Terminal 1. Domestic Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the International Terminal, Garage G and Garage A are connected by the free inter-terminal shuttle (AirTrain).

Customers who transit from ANA to United Airlines

After completing the arrival procedure, go to the dedicated exit for connecting flights (please be careful that the special exit is located at the opposite side of the exit for non-connecting passengers), then proceed to Terminal 3.

Customers who transit from United Airlines to ANA

Please come to the ANA departure flight gate from the dedicated passage for connecting passengers that links Terminal 3 (around gate F1) and Terminal G (around gate G1). If you have not finished with check-in, the ANA staff at the boarding gate will take care.

Customers who transit from another airline to ANA

Please use the free Air Train or walk to the ANA check-in counter at International Terminal G.

Platform: From bus stop A on the Terminal A side, level 1 International Terminal.The green band and "samTrans" display on the cylinder are landmarks.
Traveling time: No.292 route approx. 60 minutes, No.398 route approx. 40 to 55 minutes
Fare: Both No.292, No.398 $2.25. You can ride it for $2.05 with your Clipper card.
Operating hours: No. 292: Mon to Fri 4:42 to 2:12 the next day (20 to 60 minute intervals), Sat, Sun 4:42 to 1:46 the next day (30 to 60 minute intervals). No. 397: Every day from 2:26 a.m. to 4:08 a.m. (3 buses a day).

Rail

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)

from SFO to stations of BART in the San Francisco city

Platform: BART station connected directly to International Terminal G side. Station is on the Departures Level (Level 3)
Time required: 35 to 40 minutes to the downtown stations Powell St, Montgomery St and Embarcadero.
Fare: $10.55 with the Clipper smart card
Operating hours: Mon to Fri 4:58 to 24:00, Sat 5:48 to 24:00 and Sun 7:48 to 24:00 (10 to 20 minutes intervals)

Taxi

Platform: Taxi depart from outside the exit of the International Terminal Arrivals Level (Level 2). Attendants are present. (every day 7:00 to 1:00 the next day.
Time required: 20 to 50 minutes (depending on the destination or on traffic conditions)
Fare: $50 to 80 (Airport surcharge is an extra $5.50. Tips are separate and are about 15 to 20% of the fare)
Operating hours: 24 hours
