Upon arrival on the 2nd floor, take the escalator or elevator down to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, there are quarantine booths, immigration booths, the baggage claim area, and customs. After going through customs, those wishing to use the subway, buses, taxis or car park should go out the exit. On the 1st floor, there are also toilets, lactation rooms, currency exchange booths, an information counter, escalators and elevators.

Customs

Please present your Customer Declaration Form at the customs if you have something to declare.
Please go to the red counter if you have items to declare or to the green counter if you do not have any items to declare.

On the 2nd floor near Entrance 4, there are ANA check-in counters (B17 to B22) . After check-in, please proceed to customs, immigration, and security or the priority security lane. After passing through these, passengers should proceed to the boarding gate. Customers wishing to use the V01 Lounge (China Eastern Airlines) should take the escalator or elevator up to the 4th floor. On the 1st floor, there are also toilets, lactation rooms, an information counter, currency exchange booths, escalators and elevators.

Passengers connecting to International flights

After completing arrival procedures, pick up your checked-in baggage at the baggage claim area and go out to the arrival lobby. Proceed to the check-in counter of your next flight on the International Departure Floor (2F).
