Airport map information

On the 2nd floor of Terminal 2, there are immigration booths. After passing through immigration, arriving passengers should proceed to the 1st floor. Connecting passengers should go to the transfer counter and then proceed to the 3rd floor (departures floor). On the 2nd floor, there is also a currency exchange booth, escalators and elevators. On the 1st floor, there is the baggage claim area and customs. Proceed through these accordingly. On the 1st floor, there also is an information counter, currency exchange booths, escalators and elevators. Outside the building, there are taxi stands, the bus ticket counter, and bus stops.

Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms at the customs.

Airport map information

On the 3rd floor of Terminal 2, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters (no.23). After check-in, proceed through security and immigration. On the 3rd floor, there is also an information counter, currency exchange booths, an escalator from the transfer counter on the 2nd floor, and escalators and elevators to the EVA Air lounges on the 4th floor.

Platform: (Terminal 1) Use the escalator located at the Food Court on B1F, and head to B2F. “A12 Airport Terminal 1” Station is located on B2F.
(Terminal 2) Head to B2F using the elevator located at the Arrival Hall on 1F. “A13 Airport Terminal 2” Station is located on B2F
Time required: Rapid (express) service takes approx. 36 minutes to Terminal 1 and approx. 39 minutes to Terminal 2. For local (commuter) service, add approx. 14 minutes to rapid service
Fare: 150 Yuan (Same fare for airport terminals 1 and 2)
Operating hours: Rapid service: 5:57 am to 22:55 pm. Local service: 6:04 am to 23:33 pm (both for Terminal 2 departure time, services every 15 to 30 minutes for both rapid and local services).

To get to “A18 Taoyuan HSR Station” Station, take the local service from “A12 Airport Terminal 1” Station or “A13 Airport Terminal 2” Station. Fare: 25 Yuan.

Limousin Bus

Boarding point: Basement floor 1 (Terminal 1). Exit Customs on floor 1, go down to the basement floor 1, and exit from the door opposite to the limousine bus ticket counter.Arrival lobby, floor 1 (Terminal 2). Exit Customs and turn right. At the end of the hallway, turn right, and pass the limousine bus ticket counter.
