Walk out of the arrival gate and proceed for a short while to reach immigration. After passing through immigration, use the escalator to go down to the 1st floor where you will find the baggage claim area, baggage information counter, quarantine, and customs. Please visit these areas as necessary. There are toilets on the 1st floor and bus stops can be found outside the building.

Airport map information

Go to the security screening area in front of the airport entrance to undergo screening, and then proceed to the ANA check-in counter on the 1st floor to check in. After checking in, use the escalator on the right hand side to go up to the 3rd floor. Proceed along the walkway and then turn left at the first corner to pass through security and immigration. After passing through immigration, go through the duty-free shopping area to reach the lounge and Gates 1, 2 and 3.

Please proceed to the transit lane, complete check-in at the international connecting counter and pass through the transit immigration and security check.

If your checked baggage is checked to Vladivostok, you need to go through immigration, pick up your baggage, and go through customs and quarantine.
