Points to Note upon Reserving Flights Operated by Chinese Airlines

In accordance with the instructions from the Chinese authorities, customers are required to fill in travel and personal identification information upon reserving flights operated by Chinese airlines.

As reservations for flights operated by Chinese airlines may be canceled without prior notice, please be sure to fill in travel and personal identification information upon reserving your flights. After you have made your reservation, you can fill in the information on the reservation details screen on the ANA website.

If you cannot fill in the information on the ANA website or if you have any questions about how to fill in your information, please call ANA. The requisite travel and personal identification information will be filled in by ANA.
