Please present your passport, embarkation/disembarkation card and customs declaration form.
*You are requested to submit the customs declaration form even if you have nothing to declare.Only one customs declaration form is required per family.
*Submitting the paper form I-94W (Immigration Card) for authorized travelers from nations participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), with an approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), has been eliminated.

ANA LOUNGE SHUTTLE BUS

[Eligible passengers]
Any of the following passengers departing from Honolulu Airport on an ANA-operated flight are eligible to board the shuttle bus on their departure date: Passengers requiring special assistance and passengers accessing the ANA SUITE LOUNGE or ANA LOUNGE.

[Operation route / Schedule]
Pass through the security checkpoint next to Lobby 8, proceed to the bus departure area on the 3rd floor, and then go to the bus stop in front of Gate C6. The shuttle bus operates from this bus stop approximately every 15 minutes.

Please go to the ANA Check-in Counter which is located at the Terminal 2 Lobby 8 or gate counter.
The bus stop where you need to get off for transit is Lobby 8.
