Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Spending Amounts

  • When is the spending assessment period that determines my tier after enrollment?

Your tier will be determined based on the total amount spent using your ANA Card and ANA Pay during the assessment period (December 16 to December 15 of the following year), which includes your enrollment date. New service benefits will apply from the following fiscal year.

  • Where can I check my payment amount?

This can be checked in the Performance Report.

  • Combining of Payment Amounts

    • Payments made by ANA Card Family Card Members will be added to the Primary Member's payment amount.

    • Payments made with a Diners Club Business Account Card or ANA Diners Premium Card will be added to the Primary Member's payment amount.

    • If you have multiple eligible cards, the payment amounts of ANA Cards whose accounts are combined will be added up.

  • Will spending with family cards be included when calculating the Primary Member's spending?

Payments made with the ANA Super Flyers Card owned by the Primary Member and family members' cards associated with that card are eligible to be added to total spend.

    • *

Please see Eligible ANA Cards and Ineligible ANA Cards below to find out more about which cards are eligible.

  • If my annual spending does not reach 3 million yen, will my Super Flyers membership be revoked (considered canceled)?

No, your membership will not be canceled. While you will not have lounge access, you will still receive the same services as before when flying with ANA Group flights, as well as services equivalent to Star Alliance Silver status when flying with Star Alliance member airlines. Your tier will be redetermined every year.

Questions About Star Alliance

  • If I become an SFC LITE member, will I no longer be able to make use of services at the airport (such as priority baggage claim and priority boarding) when using a Star Alliance member airline?

When an SFC LITE customer uses a Star Alliance member airline, they will be eligible for Star Alliance Silver status benefits. As such, broadly speaking, they will not be eligible to use benefits such as lounge access, priority check-in, priority boarding, or priority baggage claim.

Questions About Bonus Miles

  • When will the 5,000 miles offered as a benefit for ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS members be credited to my account?

After the assessment, the miles will be credited each year between April and May.

  • Are Family Card Members also eligible for the 5,000 miles offered as a benefit for ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS?

No, only the Primary Member is eligible. The total spending by Family Card Members will be added to the total spending by the Primary Member, so the Primary Member's account will be credited with 5,000 miles.

  • If I've become an SFC PLUS member by reaching 1 million ANA Lifetime Miles, will I receive the 5,000 benefit miles even if my spending is less than 3 million yen?

No, the 5,000 bonus miles for the ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS are awarded when your annual spending reaches 3 million yen or more. Even if you become an ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS member by reaching 1 million ANA Lifetime Miles (LT Miles), the 5,000 miles will not be granted if your annual spending is less than 3 million yen.

  • Will I still receive the ANA Card renewal bonus miles (2,000 or 10,000 miles depending on the card type)?

Yes, provided you meet the requirements, the renewal bonus miles will be awarded separately from the 5,000 bonus miles for the ANA Super Flyers Card SFC PLUS.

Other Questions

  • Why is the ANA Super Flyers Card program being revised?

Due to the growing number of customers using our services, we have encountered situations, such as lounge congestion, where it has become difficult to maintain an adequate level of comfort for certain services.

  • Why were the details of the system changed from when they were initially announced?

Based on extensive customer feedback regarding lounge usage and after considering viable improvements, we have decided to revise the conditions for lounge access.
Furthermore, as we have also received concerns regarding lounge congestion, we will provide guidance on same-day access based on forecasted visitor numbers and current reservation trends.

  • Is this the only measure being taken to address crowding in the lounges?

In addition to revising our policies and operational procedures, we will continuously work to create comfortable environments by expanding and enhancing our lounge facilities. Furthermore, we plan to expand the lounges at Haneda Airport in fiscal year 2027.

  • Is it possible the program will be changed again after this?

There are no concrete decisions in place for any new changes at this current point in time, but we may potentially make revisions to our systems in a flexible manner as we adapt to changes in external circumstances and shifts in our customers' needs. To ensure transparency when such revisions occur, we will disclose them and inform our customers appropriately with a sufficient notification period.

  • I've stopped being enrolled as a member after the SFC revisions were made in April, but with these current proposed revisions, can I now re-enroll?

As a special exception, we will accept applications for re-enrollment from customers who canceled their ANA Super Flyers Card following the announcement of the program changes in April 2026.
Customers who meet the following conditions are requested to apply for re-enrollment via the dedicated web form within the specified application period.
