It will take approximately 1 to 2 months after using the service for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

  • If you will be having SmartRyde meet you at the airport, a driver will wait for you for up to 60 minutes from your scheduled flight arrival time, free of charge.

  • If passing through the immigration checkpoints and collecting your luggage will take you more than 60 minutes, or if you are unable to find your SmartRyde driver, please contact SmartRyde's Customer Support via the above contact details.

  • If you do not contact SmartRyde and decide to use a taxi or another mode of transport instead, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund.
