A driver and an assistant will pick you up from the airport or your hotel to ensure you have a seamless ride.
This service is pre-booked with a fixed price, so you won't need to pay any additional service charges, tips, etc. at the time of use.

Please make sure that you have the WhatsApp app downloaded and that you will have an Internet connection (such as airport Wi-Fi access or an e-SIM) available to you where you will be for the day you will be using SmartRyde's services.
If you will be having SmartRyde meet you at the airport, a driver will wait for you for up to 60 minutes from your scheduled flight arrival time, free of charge.
If passing through the immigration checkpoints and collecting your luggage will take you more than 60 minutes, or if you are unable to find your SmartRyde driver, please contact SmartRyde's Customer Support via the above contact details.
If you do not contact SmartRyde and decide to use a taxi or another mode of transport instead, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund.
