How to Earn Miles

Please apply through the Duskin dedicated information desk website.
Please enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number on the application screen of the Duskin dedicated information desk website.

Mileage Accrual Date

It will take approximately 1 to 2 months after the requested cleaning has been conducted for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

You cannot register for mileage retroactively.

Notes

  • Services that are already being quoted or contracted are not eligible for a discount.

  • This cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, benefits, campaigns or gift cards.

  • Requests can be made for cleaning services costing JPY 11,000 or more (incl. tax) per single visit. This fee may vary depending on the participating store.

  • The service date may not be available depending on the time of year.

  • Requests for services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may not be accepted.

  • Depending on the current cleanliness of the living space being cleaned, it may not be possible to clean it completely.

  • You are kindly asked to ensure a parking space is available for visiting Duskin service vehicles. If a parking space cannot be provided, the resultant car park fees will be borne by the customer.

  • Services are not supported in certain regions.

  • If access requires a means of transportation such as a ferry or a bridge which includes tolls, the actual cost will be charged separately.

  • Products and services may be subject to changes in design, specifications, prices (fees) or discontinuation without notice.

  • Mileage accrual is only applicable to applications made via the toll-free number or dedicated website below.

  • Services and benefits are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
