How to Accrue Miles

Please submit your request through Osouji Honpo's dedicated customer service website.
Enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when submitting your request.

Mileage Accrual Date

It will take approximately 1 to 3 months after the service has been carried out for the miles to be credited to your mileage balance.

Enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when requesting a service.
You will not be able to accrue mileage if you enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number incorrectly, if it is invalid, or if there is a mistake in the information you have provided. Please enter your membership number correctly. In the event of the above, please be aware that you will also not be eligible for mileage accrual even if you provide your membership number after the cleaning work has been completed.
Mileage accrual may be subject to delay depending on the status of your service request.
Orders that are canceled are not eligible for mileage accrual.
You will not be charged for any electricity, water, gas or areas designated for cleaning work used.
You may not be able to choose which Osouji Honpo store performs the service. Thank you for your understanding.
There may be cases where the work cannot be performed due to reasons such as the manufacturing year of the air conditioning unit, the unit model, or installation conditions.
Depending on how dirty the unit is, it may not be possible to clean it fully.
You may receive separate quotes depending on the scale of cleaning required and the services involved.
Service details and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounted services or promotions.
The standard Osouji Honpo rate is the rate when no special discount is applied, applicable to customers who aren't ANA Mileage Club members.
The service guarantee period lasts for 31 days starting from when the work is completed.
Please be aware that you may be charged a cancellation fee commensurate to your booking if you cancel a service.
Discounts for multiple wall-mounted air conditioning units will only be applicable when the units are all in the same domicile.
Osouji Honpo may refuse to service air conditioning units that were manufactured 10 or more years ago or otherwise be unable to guarantee services due to manufacturers no longer producing components for these units. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
