ANA VISA Card/MasterCard services

SMBC iD (Smartphone) (no annual fee)

A service that lets you swipe your cell phone (NTT DoCoMo "Osaifu-Keitai") over a special reader and shop "quickly" "conveniently" "" and with "peace of mind" at stores with the iD mark. Charges are paid using your ANA VISA Card / MasterCard.

"Mobile Wallet" and the "iD" logo are registered trademarks of NTT DoCoMo.
Purchases made using iD at ANA Card Mile Plus stores are not eligible for ANA Card Mile Plus benefits.

World Present

A service that allows you to accrue points you receive from using your card and exchange them for miles and amazing prizes.

Using "SMBC iD (Smartphone)" also allows you to accrue points.

Points can also be transferred into ANA mileage. A separate transfer fee of ¥6,300 (incl. tax / each year) is required for the 10 mile course (no fee for Wide Gold Card).

ETC Card (no annual fee)

The ETC Card allows you to pass through domestic toll roads that have the ETC mark without stopping. Payments will be charged to the ANA VISA Card / MasterCard that you apply for at the same time.

The ETC Card will be sent separately from the ANA VISA Card / MasterCard that you applied for at the same time.

ANA PiTaPa Card

A simple and convenient post-pay (pay afterward) payment service using an IC Card allowing you to pay for trains, buses, dining, and shopping, all with just 1 card. Charges are paid using your ANA VISA Card / MasterCard.

After your ANA VISA Card / MasterCard has arrived, please apply for the ANA PiTaPa Card from the SMBC Card website or by using the special application form.

"World Present" points will not be awarded for ANA PiTaPa Card use.

Loss / Theft Reporting Desk

In the event that a card is lost or stolen, according to the member insurance plan, any illegal use 60 days prior to the date the loss or theft was reported or sooner will be covered. Emergency Card issuance is also available at the Loss / Theft Reporting Desk 24 hours a day, year round.

Items purchased using our card that are damaged or stolen on the day of purchase or within 90 days of purchase will be reimbursed.
