The results for each service will be displayed on the following pages at the timings shown below.

	Performance Report Screen Counted in "Number of LS services".
ANA Insurance	By the end of the month 3 months after the month of application/renewal *When renewing an accident insurance policy:By the beginning of July each year
ANA Residential Services ANA Home Loans	By the end of the month 3 months after the month of usage
ANA FESTA, ANA DUTY FREE SHOP	By the end of the month following the month of product purchase
Other Mileage Partners	By the end of the month 3 months after the month of usage
ANA Card Miles Plus	By the end of the month 3 months after the month of usage
ANA ELECTRIC POWER	By the end of the month following the month you start using the service. *If continued:By the end of January of each year.

How to Confirm the Results of Your Usage of Life Solution Services

You can confirm the results of your usage (the number of services you have used and the total amount you have paid with your ANA Card and ANA Pay) on the Performance Report screen.

The total amount for ANA Card and ANA Pay payments will be calculated as follows and shown on the Performance Report screen.

Only amounts for payments made with American Express cards will be updated once per year for system-related reasons.
