After applying, customers cannot change from a Sedan to a Van or from a Van to a Sedan.

This service is just a Limousine Taxi arrangement and does not include a guaranteed number of passengers and loading baggages as customers wish.

<Examples of number of passengers and loaded baggage > per Sedan : 1-3 persons and 3 medium-sized suitcases, per Van : 3-5 persons and 3-5 large suitcases.

For safety reasons, there is a limit to the number and weight that can be stacked. We do not accept the loading of expensive items or items that depend on the height of the window. The number of loaded baggage and the number of passengers will change depending on the usage of child seats and baggage compartments.

Even if you apply for this service, we may not be able to provide it because it is full.

Due to traffic restrictions and road congestion, pick-up from your home and arrival at the airport may be delayed.

Child seats are available at Manzaki Transport (Narita / Haneda) and Meitetsu Chita Taxi (Chubu), but the number is limited. For inquiries and applications, please contact the respective Limousine Taxi company. Nihon Kotsu does not provide child seats.

At least 2 days before departure, the limousine taxi company will contact you by phone to confirm the date and time of use and location.

Cancellation fees incurred by canceling or changing the service on or after the day before the date of use will be subject to payment.

Requests for non-smoking or smoking room can be accepted only for hotels in Haneda Airport Area. All guest rooms are non-smoking at ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Narita.

Reservations will not be possible when the hotels are already fully booked. Even in cases hotels are not fully booked, this service might not be available.

Children up to preschool age can use a bed with their accompanying parent.

A triple room is a twin room with one extra bed or sofa bed.

In case of canceling or changing the reservation on or after a day in advance, cancellation fees will be charged.

After you apply for Job Transfer Compo, we will let you know how to apply for your preferred gift.
