Member registration

If you would like to join, read the following information and then click “Membership registration” to proceed to the input screen.

Initial fees/annual fees

  • “ANA Mileage Club Card” is no initial fees and annual fees.

Card arrival date

  • Your ANA Mileage Club Card will arrive from three to four weeks after membership registration.

  • If you plan to board a flight operated by the ANA Group with an ANA flight number* before your card arrives, please provide the 10-digit ANA number (displayed on the screen after member registration procedures are completed) when making your reservation and boarding the flight. In this way, you can earn miles without having to present your card. Retroactive registration procedures can also be completed via the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

    ANA Premium members and ANA Card members may call the phone number for members-only service desk in "My Menu" from the Top page of ANA Website(PC) by logging in.

To register an address in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao)

Simplified and traditional Chinese characters cannot be used this function.

 

To enter a Chinese address other than Hong Kong or Macao, type single-byte characters.

 

If this is not possible, print the form below and fax to or call the ANA Mileage Club China Service Center (4008-82-8888).
