Be Careful of Fraudulent Emails Pretending to Be from ANA

Please follow this guidance on how to respond and who to contact if you mistakenly enter information on fraudulent emails pretending to be from ANA.

What to do if you entered information

If you have entered personal information such as your AMC membership number or web password on a fake site, such as one linked to in a fraudulent email, we recommend changing your member information to protect your personal information and miles.

Entered AMC membership number (10 digits) or web password

If you entered your AMC membership number, the number may be leaked. Please follow the process to change your AMC membership number (your card will need to be reissued).
See the link below for instructions.

If you entered your web password, please change your web password immediately.
Avoid a web password that can be easily guessed by third parties (such as your name, date of birth, or telephone number), and set one that is different from those used for other companies' websites and services.

Entered credit card number (14 to 16 digits)

If you entered your credit card details, please contact your credit card issuer and take steps to reissue your credit card.

Caution when changing your AMC membership number due to reissue, etc.

See here for the necessary steps to change your AMC membership number.
If you entered a credit card number for an ANA Card or ANA Partner Card, your AMC membership number will also change during the reissue process.
