Various Procedures
Refer to the information below for card replacement procedures by card type.
These are design examples of the applicable cards.
Customers can request a replacement card by submitting a request form.
The procedures must be completed by the ANA Mileage Club member.
When a replacement card is issued, your ANA Mileage Club membership number will be changed for security reasons. Please see Procedures Required When Changing ANA Mileage Club Membership Numbers. For further details, please check the email you receive after completing the necessary procedures.
Please choose whether you would like a new card issued or if you wish to use the digital card.
The new card will be delivered to the registered address (or new address if the registered address has changed) in about 2-3 weeks. (About 3-4 weeks will be required for addresses outside Japan.)
The issuance of ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards has been discontinued.
Customers who have used an ANA Mileage Club Edy Card before will be delivered a card without Rakuten Edy functionality.
Processing will require several days.
ANA may contact customers during processing for additional confirmation.
Please note that you will not be individually contacted when processing is complete.
You will not receive a physical card. Please log in to the ANA Mileage Club app to use the digital card.

After contacting the relevant credit card company and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the membership number for the lost card. (It may require several days for the credit card company to contact ANA.)
The mileage balance will be transferred to the new replacement card.
Customers who wish to suspend their membership number without waiting for their credit card companies to update ANA are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
