  • If a codeshare flights or flights operated by other airlines are included in the itinerary, the conditions of carriage of other airlines may apply.

  • If a Japan domestic flight and an international flight are purchased on the same ticket, the conditions of carriage for the international flight will also apply to the Japan domestic flight.

Miss pickup baggage

Upon arrival, passengers are required to pick up the baggage after confirming the baggage tag number, then clear customs.If you have forgotten to pick up the baggage or have mistakenly taken a third party's baggage, please contact the airport of arrival as soon as possible.

Return of Baggage

If you forgot to pick your baggage, the following methods are required to retrieve them:
After your Customs officer clears your baggage, it can be delivered to a location of your choice. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

  • Customers Clearing Customs by Themselves:
    Contact the arrival airport before you go to the airport. An ANA staff member will guide you to the custom office.

  • Using an ANA Agent to Clear Customs of Your Delayed Baggage:
    ANA can clear the baggage on your behalf, which may take several days.

  • Required Documents to Process Return of your Baggage:

    1. Copy of your passport: Include the photograph page and the page stamped at the time of entry into the county. Please note that unclear copies may not be accepted. 

    2. Application / Authorization Letter: Only the original letter will be accepted, copies are not allowed. Please bring the required documents directly to the airport or send them by postal mail.

Left Behind Items

Any left-behind items found in the cabin will be stored at the arrival airport for a certain period of time. If your item is found, we will deliver it to your designated location.
Please note that the customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
Items found in the airport facility other than inside the cabin may be kept by the airport authority.
Please inquire about your lost item based on the area where you may have left it.
