How to Use the In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service

Our In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service allows you to order duty free products available on board our flights before departure, and this page provides information on how to use it.

This service enables you to pre-order in-flight sales products for international flights. Making an order online could not be easier, and allows you to secure our most popular products as well as purchase pre-order exclusives. Those of you flying on short-haul routes can also enjoy access to products only available on medium and long-haul flights.

Information

Due to the revision of the Canadian Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations, the items provided will be changed as follows as of December 1, 2023.
Duty-free shopping bag: Changed from "biomass plastic bag" to "paper bag"
Wrapping bags: The inclusion of this item will be temporarily suspended
Applicable flights: Haneda-Vancouver Route (Flight NH116/115)
We will resume service of the Kansai-Beijing route (NH979/980) on October 29, 2023.
Reservations for the pre-order service will be accepted from October 20.

How to Use the Service

Step 1 must be completed up to boarding. For this step, reserve a flight ticket and then place a pre-order on the website (you can order up to 10 items). Lastly, you will receive an email confirming whether or not your ordered items have been secured for you. Step 2 must be completed on the departure date. For this step, please inform a cabin attendant of your order after boarding.* You will then receive your ordered items after paying for them.

Please show a copy of the email confirming your secured products or provide your pre-order number. You may not receive your products if you do not inform a cabin attendant of your order.

How to Place an Order

Please reserve and purchase a flight ticket in advance.

STEP1 : Go to the Service menu on the reservation confirmation page and press In-flight Duty Free Pre-order.

STEP2 : Select your preferred flight from those available and proceed to the product pre-order page.

Order Period (Including Changes and Cancellations)

Orders can be placed any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.

Example: If your departure date is on April 1, you can place an order from March 22 up to 23:59 on March 29 (JST).

Terms & Conditions / Eligible Passengers

Passengers who reserve and purchase a ticket for an ANA Group-operated international flight (NH/NQ) under an ANA flight number through the ANA website, official ANA App, ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center or a travel agency. (excluding purchases made on the Mexico and Italy site)

Information about Eligible and Ineligible Flights

Eligible Flights

ANA Group-operated international flights (scheduled flights including those operated by NQ) are eligible for this service.

However, flights between Tokyo and Seoul, between Tokyo and Vladivostok, and between Kansai and Shanghai are ineligible.
If the itinerary of your reservation includes ineligible routes, all your flights in the itinerary will be ineligible for in-flight shopping pre-order service.

Points to Note before Placing an Order

Up to 10 Items Per Passenger Per Flight (Some Exclusions Apply)

There is a limit to the number of orders that can be accepted for one flight due to loading space. For this reason, there may be occasions when you cannot place an order.
