ANA SUITE LOUNGE

Information

  • We will renew the Soundproof Work Booth reservation system in the ANA SUITE LOUNGE at Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal starting January 28, 2026, at 4:30 AM (JST) for a smoother and improved user experience.

    • New System will be available via the ANA App as before.

    • Soundproof Work Booth reservations will no longer be available on the current site (workhub Pass) starting January 28 at 4:00 AM (JST).

    • Reservations will be unavailable from 4:00 AM to 4:30 AM (JST) on Jan 28 due to the system switchover.

From its relaxation area where water and greenery work in perfect harmony (THE PARK) to the extensive floor space and understated interior, the ANA SUITE LOUNGE offers a refined environment for a moment of relaxation before departure.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE Map. Facilities guide. After passing through security, the escalator to the 4th floor leads to the reception desk, with elevators located at both ends of this floor in front of the reception desk. Past the reception desk, on your left you will find the Phone Call Area and THE PARK. There is a smoking area at the back, with the toilets and the Food and Drink Area opposite, and a shower room located in the corridor in front of the Food and Drink Area. A photocopier/fax machine is located next to THE PARK. The Concierge is to the right as you go past the reception desk, with the Lounge Area beyond that. There is a Food and Drink Area and Phone Call Area opposite, with a Nursing Room, Toilets and Multi-purpose Lavatory located in the hallway between them. Newspapers and magazines are available in this lounge area and in THE PARK. On the way to the further Lounge Area are Soundproof Work Booths and the Smoking Area. Located in the further Lounge Area is a Business Area and Photocopy/Fax Machine Area. The hallway in front of the Business Area leads to the Nursing Room, Multi-purpose Lavatory, and men's and women's toilets each with their own changing room. Wi-Fi is available in THE PARK and Lounge Areas.

    The multi-purpose lavatory is equipped with a diaper changing table.

    Smoking is not permitted in any part of the lounge (excluding any designated smoking areas).

    Although alcoholic beverages are served in the lounge, drinking alcohol under the age of 20 and drink-driving are prohibited by law.

Facilities

An enclosed counter is also available with direct access to the lounge (ANA SUITE CHECK-IN). The lounge offers a variety of conveniences so guests can spend their time in comfort. This includes a range of facilities to support those who need to work, a multi-purpose lavatory, a nursing room, and a diaper changing table.

Reservation Method Details
Through the ANA App*1 After completing your reservation, eligible customers for the ANA SUITE LOUNGE can book a Soundproof Work Booth via the "Passenger Guide" section of the ANA app. (Reservations open at 0:00 AM JST on the day before your flight.)
Through the exclusive
2D barcode in the lounge		 Scan the QR code located at the entrance of the Soundproof Work Booth with your own device to make a reservation.

    Eligibility for booking via the ANA app is as follows:

    • ANA Diamond Service members departing on domestic flights with an ANA flight number.

    • Customers connecting to ANA domestic flights after arriving on an ANA Group international flights, first class.

Food and Drink

In the ANA SUITE LOUNGE, you can also treat yourself to onigiri rice balls, breads and pastries, soup, miso soup, and more besides.

A range of beverages is also available including beer, wine, shochu, Japanese sake, coffee, tea, and various soft drinks.
