Various Charges Related to Flight Tickets (Japan Domestic Flights)

Charges for changes and refunds of the flight tickets purchased will be incurred (not applicable to reservation-only cases).
Please note that applicable amounts differ depending on the fare type.
When a discount for children or passengers with disabilities is applied, the same disocunt percentage will also be applied to the various fees. For details, see Using Japan Domestic Flight Fares.
The service will be applicable to flights boarding on or after May 19, 2026.

1. Reservation Change Fees

A reservation change fee that varies depending on the date of the change(s) will be incurred following any reservation changes. The reservation change charge applies to the eligible fares only.

Eligible Fare: Standard

From ticket purchase until 45 days prior to the departure date	An amount equivalent to approximately 5% of the fare
From 44 to 28 days prior to the departure date	An amount equivalent to approximately 8% of the fare
From 27 days prior to the departure date until the departure time	An amount equivalent to approximately 10% of the fare
After the departure time	Changes not possible

When making changes to the outbound and inbound flights at the same time, 1 or 2 of the following charges, whichever is higher, will be incurred.

The reservation change fee corresponding to the number of days before departure between the outbound departure date before the reservation change and the date the change is made.
The reservation change fee corresponding to the number of days before departure between the return departure date before the reservation change and the date the change is made.

2. Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee that varies depending on the fare type and refund period of the flight ticket will be incurred as a charge associated with canceling the ticket.

(1) Eligible fares: Flex, ANA Card Holder's Discount, Shareholder's Benefit Discount,Islands Discount, Biz*1

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

Refund of a partially used ticket

Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the same charge as above for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments.Even if the refund amount is calculated to be zero, the consumption tax and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded.

If you have bought a round-trip ticket and either missed an outbound segment or forgotten to refund an outbound segment

A cancellation fee of 100% of Roundtrip Fare (excluding tax) will be charged.

(2) Eligible Fare: Standard

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

From 44 to 28 days prior to the departure date	An amount equivalent to approximately 20% of the fare
From 27 days prior to the departure date until the departure time	An amount equivalent to approximately 30% of the fare
After the departure time	100% of fare amount *Only the consumption tax and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded.

Refund of a partially used ticket

Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the cancellation fee below for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments. The amount to be refunded may be calculated as zero.

Up to departure time: 30%, After departure time: 100%*

If you have bought a round-trip ticket and either missed an outbound segment or forgotten to refund an outbound segment

A cancellation fee of 100% of Roundtrip Fare (excluding tax) will be charged.

(3) Eligible Fare: Simple

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

Up to departure time: 60%, After departure time: 100%*

A cancellation fee of 100% of Roundtrip Fare (excluding tax) will be charged.

(4) Eligible Fares: Youth and Senior

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

(5) Eligible fares: Inclusive Individual Tour Fare

The following cancellation fees will be charged for each the outbound and return journeys.

Refund of a partially used ticket

The one-way fare will be considered to have been used for the section already traveled, and the refund will be the difference between the fare for the outbound and return fare amounts including the used section and the fare applicable to the used section, minus the cancellation fee applicable when either the outbound or return journey has been partially used. The amount to be refunded may be calculated as zero.
