Service Overview

SmartRyde offers airport transfers to/from airports and hotels, giving you peace of mind when you're traveling abroad or on business. Perfect for all kinds of trips, such as family vacations and international business trips.

A driver and an assistant will pick you up from the airport or your hotel to ensure you have a seamless ride.
This service is pre-booked with a fixed price, so you won't need to pay any additional service charges, tips, etc. at the time of use.
A 24-hour emergency contact hotline is available and easy to use even if it’s your first time traveling abroad.
A range of sedans, minivans, and luxury vehicles are available. Private vehicles are available to book for larger groups traveling together.

Reservations must be made by 48 hours prior to the date of use.
After your booking is confirmed, vouchers will be sent out up to one week before the service date.
If you have not received your voucher by the day before, for example, if you made a reservation less than one week in advance, please contact booking@smartryde.io.
In the event that you are unable to locate your driver, please contact the provided support number. Refunds will not be issued if you take a local taxi or other transportation without prior contact with us.
