This is how to make connections at Haneda Airport Terminal 2.

Information

From October 25, 2020, all codeshare flights operated by StarFlyer to/from Haneda Airport use Terminal 1.

Availability

Japan Domestic Flight ⇒ Japan Domestic Flight (Departing at Terminal 2)

If you are connecting to an ANA Japan domestic flight excluding StarFlyer please proceed to the 2nd floor departure lobby using the connecting facilities in the M2 floor arrival concourse.

If you are arriving by a connecting bus, please proceed to the 2nd floor departure lobby using the connecting facilities near the 1st floor shuttle bus arrival area.

In the arrival concourse

Arrival concourse: Images of the connecting facilities — 1. Check the departure time/boarding gate for your connecting flight on the connecting facilities guideboard in the arrival concourse.

Ticket reader image — 2. Please scan your boarding pass for the connecting flight on the reader.

Elevator image — 3. Then, proceed to the departure floor using the elevator.

In the 2nd floor departure lobby

Please come to the boarding gate at least 10 minutes prior to the departure of your connecting flight.

Electric carts are available for customers who are worried about walking the long distance to their boarding gate. To request a cart, please speak with a member of our connecting facilities staff.

Restrictions are placed on the usage of carts, including the number available for use.

Japan Domestic Flight ⇒ Japan Domestic Flight (Departing at Terminal 1)

Please take the "free shuttle bus" to Terminal 1 from Bus Stop No. 9 on the 1st floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 2.
