Please visit the tax refund counter located in level 3 or custom to get a verification stamp on the refund document before checking in the baggage at the ANA’s check in counter.

Please visit the tax refund counter located in level 3 or cumtom to get a verification stamp on the refund document and go directly to the security control. Some of the high value products may be asked to show the actual product at the tax refund counter after the security control.
