Implementation of the new Entry/Exit System (EES) in EU Member Countries
The operation of the new Entry/Exit System (EES) will commence on October 12, 2025.
The EU member countries implementing EES will roll out the system at their external borders in a phased manner.
This means that data collection at border crossing points will begin incrementally and is expected to be fully implemented by April 10, 2026.

Since the boarding gate check-in counters might be subject to change, please check at the airport to the day of departure.

Flights operated by ANA group will arrive at Terminal 5 of Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Present your passport or other necessary travel documents (No need to have entry card).

Follow the red line for passengers traveling with goods that needs to be declared and green line for passenger that has nothing to declare.

Fast Track

A value-added tax (VAT) is applied to items purchased in Sweden or other EU countries, but visitors may apply for the refund of the tax.

Please visit the tax refund counter located or custom to get a verification stamp on the refund document before checking in the baggage at the ANA’s check in counter

Please visit the tax refund counter located or cumtom to get a verification stamp on the refund document and go directly to the security control. Some of the high value products may be asked to show the actual product at the tax refund counter after the security control.
