Immigration
Business class passengers are able to use priority lanes for security check and immigration by presenting their boarding pass.
Only customers boarding on the day are allowed to enter.
Entry is possible from 4 hours before the departure time.
Please present your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt and passport upon entry.
Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt for the day must have a "barcode or 2D Barcode".
Both paper and electronic data are acceptable for presentation.
For customers using the ANA app, please note that the app's display screen does not show a mobile boarding pass with a barcode. Please prepare a separate Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt for the day.
If the "barcode or 2D Barcode" is not reflected on your Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt, or if you do not have E-Ticket, please search and display it from the "Reservation Confirmation" page at this.
If you have made a reservation change for the boarding date, please prepare the actual Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt, for the departure date.
If your child is traveling alone and using ANA Airport Support, individuals for drop-off or pick-up are not allowed to enter. If you need to confirm the meeting place, please inform ANA.

Due the Mumbai Airport Regulation, Immigration for Transit Passengers shall be available 4 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. This rule shall also apply to all passengers holding a boarding pass. Kindly check the flight schedule at the time of reservation.

When carrying a boarding pass of a connecting flight
Go through the connecting security check and proceed to the boarding gate of the connecting flight.
When carrying no boarding pass of a connecting flight
After completing check-in at international connecting counter, please proceed to the boarding gate.
Please note that check-in service may not be provided at connecting counter of a part of airline companies.
In this case, a staff of such airline company needs to carry your passport and boarding pass temporarily and go through the check-in procedure on your behalf.
The airline company may keep your passport and boarding pass for a long time until the starting time of check-in for the connecting flight. Your understanding will be appreciated.
Passengers who transit from AI/UK flight, please proceed to the international departure counter on the 4th floor.
Passengers who transit from SG/6E/G8 flight which arrives in Terminal 1, please take the taxi (paid service) to come to the International Terminal (Terminal 2).
When carrying a boarding pass of ANA flight
Go through the connecting security check and proceed to the boarding gate of ANA flight.
When carrying no boarding pass of ANA flight
After completing check-in at international connecting counter, please proceed to the boarding gate.
In this case, a simplified boarding pass with no seat number printed may be issued.
Such a boarding pass will be replaced to the normal pass carrying the seat number at the ANA boarding gate. Please notify an ANA staff at the boarding gate of this pass.
(An ANA staff(s) is ready at the boarding gate from one hour before the departure time.)
Please note that when check-in is done at the international connecting counter, a staff of the airline company may keep your passport and boarding pass temporarily to complete the check-in on your behalf. This procedure may take some time and they will have to carry your passport and boarding pass for a long time. Your understanding will be appreciated.

Prepaid (paid in advance) or by taximeter
The nearest station, Andheri, is accessible by bus and taxi from the airport for train services to Churchgate Station in downtown Mumbai. Although this is an option during off-peak times, it would not be practical to travel on this train service with luggage during morning and evening rush hours.
The Metro Line 1 that opened in 2014 is a line that runs only past the north side of the airport. Airport Road Metro Station that is the closest station is about 2 km north of the terminal and connects to the above Andheri Station. Line 3 from the airport to the city is under construction and is scheduled to open in December, 2024.
There are no city buses which go directly from the airport to the Mumbai city center without transfer, nor are there any shuttle buses or coaches which call at city hotels. There are multiple city buses from the airport terminal to the nearest train station (Andheri Station), but all of them require transfers or walking connections, so there is no direct route between the airport terminal and the station.
