Airport map information

On the 2nd floor of Terminal A (arrival terminal), there are immigration booths. After passing through immigration, there is an escalator down to the 1st floor. There is also an elevator up to The Club at SJC, a lounge on the 3rd floor. On the 1st floor, there is the baggage claim area and customs. After passing through these, there are taxi stands and bus stops upon leaving the building. Connecting passengers should go to the baggage counter for connecting passengers and then take the escalator up to the 2nd floor.

In the front of the entrances to the 1st floor of Terminal A, there are taxi stands and bus stops. From there, you can reach the ANA check-in and ticketing counters. After check-in, go up to the 2nd floor where you can find the security checkpoint and priority security lane. After passing through security, proceed to the boarding gate. There is also an elevator up to The Club at SJC, a lounge on the 3rd floor.

VTA Bus No.60 and Light Rail (VTA Bus #60 & Light Rail)

From SJC to Metro/Airport station → stations of the Light Rail in Downtown San Jose

Boarding point: From Stop 5 or 6 on the other side of the street after exiting Terminal A. Take the bus to the Metro/Airport light rail station and transfer to the blue or green light rail that will take you to downtown San Jose.
Time required: 30 to 50 minutes
Fare: $2.50 one way (the VTA 60 bus from the airport is free)
Operating hours: VTA 60 bus going north: Mon to Fri 5:28 to 0:14 (following day) (14 to 30 minute intervals), Sat 5:25 to 0:11 (following day) and Sun 5:55 to 0:11 (following day) (20 to 36 minute intervals). Light Rail: Mon to Fri 5:38 to 23:43 (following day) (15 to 45 minute intervals), Sat and Sun 6:19 to 23:43 (following day) (approx. 30 to 45 minute intervals).

Boarding point: From stop number 5 or 6 on the other side of the street after exiting Terminal A. Take a bus to Milpitas station, and then take BART to the center of San Francisco
Time required: 105～120 minutes
Fare: $8.60 with the Clipper smart card (only the VTA 60 bus from the airport is free).
Operating hours: VTA 60 bus going north: Mon to Fri 5:28 to 23:19 (14 to 30 minute intervals), Sat 5:55 to 23:11 (20 to 35 minute intervals), Sun 6:55 to 23:10 (20 to 30 minute intervals). BART (To San Francisco, take the Green Line bound for Daly City that requires no transfer.
